Happy Meow Year Day For Cats was created by wellcat.com. So why couldn’t they have their own little celebration? Cats are graceful, magnificent, superb, cuddly, fluffy, regal and, all around, fabulous, so why shouldn’t they have their own version of New Year’s?
“October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same. We have made a lot of progress but still have a long way to go and need your help!”
Quite simply, it’s a day in which everyone everywhere is encouraged to hug the cats. Of course, the more dedicated amongst them will not need this encouragement but it is always good to be reminded of all feline friends.

How to Celebrate International Sloth Day.
There are two main ways to participate to the International Sloth Day: 1) celebrate International Sloth Day allowing yourself to relax every now and then: learn to slow down and enjoy the little things in life; 2) help the sloths of South America and donate some money to the AIUNAU.

On International Sloth Day, take the time to slow down and realize that although we humans are clever and intelligent, that does not mean that there aren’t things we can’t learn from other species. And who could possibly teach a better lesson about how to relax than the sloth? Exactly!
